In 1987, Steve Paster founded Alpine Creative Group, with the idea that design, craftsmanship, and storytelling through luxury printing should happen under one roof. Early on, Alpine had the honour of working with high-profile clients such as Whitney Houston and Eddie Murphy - his 1990 wedding served as a pivotal moment that introduced the company to the emerging world of luxury events.
It was an era before the modern event industry had truly materialized - there were no formal associations, no digital tools, and very few benchmarks. Alpine Creative Group was among the first to shape what luxury invitation design could look like at scale.
Nearly four decades later, Alpine Creative Group remains one of New York’s premier bespoke printing studios—and one of few print factories still operating in the city. The company has built its reputation on unwavering quality, discretion, and attention to detail, partnering with top event planners, brands, and discerning private clients around the world.
