For the last 6 months, I’ve been quiet. Not because I stopped loving weddings — but because after years of nonstop shooting, traveling, editing, and constantly being “on,” I realized I couldn’t keep running on empty anymore.
During one of the busiest wedding seasons of my life, someone in my family got sick, and I found myself traveling several states back and forth trying to take care of the people I love while still running my business and showing up fully for my clients.
So I slowed down. I turned down weddings. I stayed home more. I breathed for a second.
And somewhere in that space, I realized something important: People never just connected to my photos. They connected to the stories behind them — and to me.
So this page is going to evolve a little.
You’ll still see weddings. Always. But you’ll also see more of the life around them — the travel, the work, the family, the chaos, and what happens when I put the camera down.
Maybe this next chapter can remind someone else that it’s possible to have a beautiful career and a beautiful life.
Just maybe not all at once every day. 🤍

Sometime back I was getting messages about what I was doing to make sure my parents were safe. With a “that’s a lot can you put it in writing”. Thankful for my friends and fam.
And those that become friends and fam. These two made a tough weekend softer and they didn’t even know it.
Being surrounded by genuinely loving people while practicing the craft I pour myself into is this magical bonus I didn’t know would exist when I decided to give into photography as a business instead of just a passion. Almost 20 years ago now.
