Allison+Artists is looking for a Project Manager to coordinate selected luxury weddings and special projects across Europe.
This role covers projects from first inquiry to event day, including artist coordination, travel logistics, contracts and internal organization.
Fluent English required (native or near-native preferred).
We’re looking for someone structured yet flexible, resourceful and proactive. Someone who enjoys making things run seamlessly and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
Remote position, with regular in-person collaboration.
