Nate Diaz v. Mike Perry is also on the card, as is Francis Ngannou vs. Philipe Lins. Fun fact: Ronda went to Santa Monica High School and was the first American woman to win an Olympic medal in Judo, taking a bronze in the 2008 summer games. She mentions Venice as her old stomping grounds. @venicepaparazzi Fun Facts: VP team leaders Alex and Edizen met at the boxing bag at @venice_beach_rc on Aug. 15, 2000. @venicepaparazzi ’s Edizen here. I just got back from the Philippines after 3 weeks of being totally unplugged from the online world. I was living in IRL, in real life—exploring, being present, and soaking in gratitude the whole time. Now I’m 3 days back in LA, slowly getting back into the groove (jet lag is real 😅), and had this thought/realization this morning…. I’m officially a business owner, not an operator running around doing everything. And guess what… everything held down while I was gone. 🙌 Big love to my partner Alex and the whole @venicepaparazzi crew for keeping things going strong. Still kind of in awe of that. And thank you to my sister @edng_vel and travel companion for pushing me out of my comfort zone and always challenging me 💛 Here’s me doing something way out of my comfort zone—swimming in a tornado of sardines in the Philippine Sea 🐟🌊 Excited to share my other cool travel experiences of snorkeling with sea turtles, swimming with whale sharks, zip lining through jungles, playing with monkeys, cliff jumping, diving and swimming through waterfalls, taking in views from rooftop infinity pools in Manila, trying all kinds of Filipino food, bonding with my mom’s side of the family, riding through the mountains on the back of my dad’s scooter… and just living IRL—in real life. I will be sharing random thoughts/realizations that I had while on my well deserved vacation. Taking a breath. Life is beautiful. Somehow along the way I forgot to enjoy the ride. Fear stepped in… a few years back…. And I froze…. but that is another story to tell.
