Join us TODAY (Saturday, May 9) from 4 to 7 PM as neighbors, families, local businesses, and community groups gather in the Triangle for another unforgettable Stroll! This free community event series celebrates everything that makes Westchester such a special place to call home: live music, local dining, shopping, art, games, crafts, treats, and connection for all ages. This Saturday’s Stroll features a Sinatra-style crooner @markkopitzke , delicious bites from local favorite @starcuteriela , family crafts and activities, a beautiful Flower Bar for Mom sponsored by Councilwoman Traci Park, CD11, and a special Mom & Me Portrait experience. Browse local shops and vendors for thoughtful gifts, enjoy wine and dinner in the Triangle, and spend the evening surrounded by great entertainment and even better company. With a mix of free activities, tasty treats, local flavor, and community spirit, the Stroll is all about supporting local and bringing people together. A few of our team members spent this week focused on professional growth at IREM’s #PropertyCon in Austin. We’re excited to bring back new insights, strategies, and ideas to continue to serve our tenants with integrity and an ongoing commitment to improvement. After hours we had the chance to enjoy some outstanding Texas-style barbecue! So good.

A surprise visit from Grant Francis makes for a good day! 🙂 If you know Grant, you know how much heart he pours into this community. From leading Clean Up Westchester to constantly showing up for our neighborhood, he makes a real difference every single day. Catch him and his beautification crew out this morning doing their thing and giving back in the most hands-on way. Also… how incredible is this bowl from his woodshop? So talented. We’re so grateful for people like Grant!! ❤️

Yesterday, our newest tenants at Airport Office Center hosted a fun ice cream social to meet their neighbors in our beautiful courtyard—and it couldn’t have been a better afternoon. Sunshine, sweet treats, a little cornhole, and great conversations made it a perfect way to connect. 🍦☀️ A big thank you to the team at Lucent Elm for such a thoughtful and welcoming idea!
