MY WEBSITE IS LIVE!!
As a coach I love helping my clients find breakthroughs in areas of life where they have felt stuck or limited by their own patterns of behaviour. We start with a focus on bringing healing to areas of your inner world and then look at how new freedom can lead to better ways of living.
I have two core values in my work with clients:
Making space for moments of encounter with Jesus. Giving Him permission to work supernaturally and bring healing and truth to areas of hurt and confusion.
Making space to process past experiences. Fully acknowledging the challenges you’ve experienced in the past and then taking practical steps to move forward. Together we will create an action plan to change patterns of thinking and start stepping out into new risks and challenges
If you want to get beyond the same frustrating patterns you’ve been experiencing in work, relationships, family or spirituality then I'm here for you! My approach is centered on compassion and honesty as I guide you into new areas of growth and freedom in your life. I am going to challenge you, take you out of your comfort zone and support you through every stage of the process. Let’s celebrate breakthrough together!

Thankful for some really special days in London and Oxford.
God always marks me when I’m there. Yesterday I spent time on my face, just beholding Jesus, and was reminded again that the only thing that truly matters is Him. There’s something about London for me… the mascara on my cheeks has become a bit of a marker that God has met me, that His voice has cut through something deep in my heart.
I’m so grateful for the leaders who are cultivating a real move of Jesus, creating spaces marked by unity and hunger. It’s so rare and so needed.
This place really feels like a second home because of the people. And even more than that, getting to behold so much beauty in places that have stood for generations, with my Ben. Uninterrupted time with him is such a gift to me.
Until next time!
As I turned another year older and life feels simpler, I’ve been reflecting on what really matters most to me.
My relationship with Jesus. His consistency, patience, passion, leadership, kindness. The Father’s embrace. His dependability.
My marriage and my family.
My community. What keeps us in this beautiful city isn’t the flash or the fun. It’s Jesus, His church, and our people.
As Wendell Berry says,
“A community identifies itself by an understood mutuality of interests. But it lives and acts by the common virtues of trust, goodwill, forbearance, self-restraint, compassion, and forgiveness. If it hopes to continue long as a community, it will wish to and will have to encourage respect for all its members, human and natural. It will encourage respect for all stations and occupations.”
I’m so grateful that as I step into a new year, I keep being sharpened by Jesus, by Ben, and by my chosen family 💛💛💛

2025 was a gift. A holy one.
Through trials, stretching, and unexpected victories, I’ve witnessed the faithfulness of Jesus—active and present every single day.
Grateful for friendships that deepened. Friends who feel like family. The ones who hold our arms up in every season, travel miles to make memories, and choose to do real life together.
Grateful for the classroom of the Holy Spirit—teaching me to let the roots of my life go deep. Formation over performance. Consecrated confidence over striving.
Grateful for my husband, Ben—who loves me fiercely, speaks truth without fear, calls me higher, and reminds me of who I am. His leadership and covering are a safe place, reflecting the leadership of the Son.
And grateful for God’s vision for this city we call home. This is where we’re planting roots.
None of this is to my credit.
All of it is because of Jesus—
through the Spirit, to the Father.
Happy New Year friends! See you soon 2026 🤲🏽
Merry Christmas 🎄
From our little family to yours—
We pray for love, belonging, healing, and home.
Jesus came in humble glory,
and none of our problems overwhelm Him.
Thankful for our stunning Savior 🥹🥹
I’m Here, In the Waiting Room
An Advent Devotional for the Ones in a Season of Waiting
Advent is the story of longing.
Of unmet desires.
Of people waiting for God to move — not knowing when, how, or if He would come in the way they imagined.
And so many of us know that space intimately.
Some are waiting for partnership.
Some are waiting for a baby.
Some are waiting for healing in their minds or bodies.
Some are waiting for clarity in calling.
Some are waiting for restoration in marriage.
Some are waiting for freedom from anxiety, addiction, or eating disorders.
Some are waiting for prayers that feel years overdue.
Some are waiting for their hearts to hope again.
This Advent, I felt compelled to create something for you — for anyone living in that tender in-between place between promise and fulfillment.
Throughout December, I’ll be writing a daily Advent devotional on Substack called I’m Here, In the Waiting Room.
It’s for the ones who feel unseen or overlooked.
For the hopeful and weary.
For those trusting God but quietly wrestling with disappointment.
For those longing for breakthrough — in relationships, in health, in mental peace, in family, in calling, in identity.
For those who feel “behind,” stuck, or forgotten.
Each day from December 1–24 will include: • a short reflection • a Scripture to anchor the soul • a simple grounding practice • a prayer for your heart in the waiting
This isn’t a guide on how to get the thing you’re waiting for.
It’s an invitation to meet God in the waiting itself — to experience the kind of hope, intimacy, and formation that only happens in the not-yet.
The waiting room is not wasted time.
It’s sacred ground.
It’s where God grows courage, tenderness, resilience, and expectancy.
It’s where He prepares us to receive, to heal, and to hope again.
If you’re in a season of longing, uncertainty, or transition — I’d be honored to have you join me.
Subscribe on Substack to journey with me through Advent — one day, one breath, one hope at a time. —LINK ON BIO
