Arc’teryx Climb Team Summit 2025 10 amazing days spent in Jilotopec, Mexico 🇲🇽 with the @arcteryx Climb Team. Leaving feeling inspired by my amazing teammates, stoked on sport climbing, and grateful to be a part of this team and brand. Highlights for me were learning to rebolt and replacing some rusty hardware at the cliff, spending time with some incredible humans, and of course the climbing! (And on the flipside the low point was getting sick 3 days in and staying minorly sick the whole time 🥲) Photos @ericmilic (the good ones) Thanks @brunogarcia_b for the logisitcal support!

A year and a half ago @chrisbenchetler called me and asked me to be a part of his new project that had something to do with skeletons and lights and sports at night and our connection to the Earth and the Grateful Dead…? I was intrigued and confused and knew I had to say yes. Honoured to have been a part of such an incredible project brought to life by the most creative people. Even after having been a part of it, the final product was more amazing than I could have imagined. Watch the trailer at the link in my bio! If you’re around LA in November, come check out the in person experience and if not it’ll be in theatres from Nov 14.

The Squamish @arcteryxacademy this year was one of my favourite ever events - thanks to everyone who made it so special 💗 Screening my film “Hello, Beautiful”, which talks a lot about my alopecia, to such a large audience was exciting, terrifying, and ultimately felt cathartic. I taught two clinics, one bouldering and one sport, focused on skills and progression. I feel so grateful to have been able to work alongside some amazing guides and co-instructors @evanbeatty @mayamadere and for all the participants to have come ready and willing to push out of their comfort zones. To be featured on both the poster and the t-shirt in @tarakerzhner photos was so cool! I feel so honoured and humbled. And I enjoyed a thought provoking climate chat with @protectourwinterscanada @realwillgadd 🌲 Photos @macklambertmedia @evanwongphoto

Ubuntu 8A+ As soon as I saw this line I knew I wanted to climb it. Tall and imposing, in the middle of a canyon. I’m not usually much of a highball climber but something about this one drew me in. I felt close on my second session but was surprised by how different the moves felt when I was more pumped than expected high off the deck. Moves that felt easy in isolation turned committing and challenging. Mental strength, physical strength, and power endurance all in one. I feel lucky to have been able to learn so much from my process with this boulder. Thanks @gajdaphotography for the gorgeous photos! #bouldering #climbing #rocklands

Pendragon 8A One that I started the day not psyched on, finding the match uncomfortable and the big move scary for my shoulders. Key beta from @kyra_condie and @andrea_kuemin starting the send train motivated me just enough to get this one done! #rocklands #bouldering

Missing Squamish so much I had to find a boulder with a hand jam and a foot jam on it 🥺 Ghost in the Darkness 7C+ (V10) Video @gajdaphotography #bouldering #rocklands

First week in Rocklands down and it’s been a fun one! Great company, great boulders, and great conditions. The Arch 8A+ (V12) Not sure there’s any way to make that top out any less beached whale 🫠 Although many people take a higher grade for this, for me it didn’t feel physically on par with other 8B/V13s I’ve tried. Lovely day out and filming @jendbell 🫶 #bouldering #rocklands

Friends and first tattoos, climbing, working, filming, arts and crafts: the spring in a nutshell, now that summer is well underway 🫢 Recently my climbing has been slowed down by some shoulder issues and I’ve been focusing my energy on my (still relatively new) position as an engineer on the Advanced Concepts team at @arcteryx . Working mostly on climbing focused research and testing has been a dream combination of worlds for me and I get to work with the coolest possible team 🤓

My first time to the Chamonix @arcteryxacademy and it did not disappoint 🤩 5 days of climbing, connecting, and learning new skills. Leaving more psyched than ever on different types of climbing and feeling really grateful to be a part of this team 🫶 @arcteryx

Getting a little out of my comfort zone today! Shoutout to @fizz.ca for the push to go a little farther - and for keeping me connected out there.

The Black Council V11 This toehook first boulder has always intimidated me and always been on my list. Trying it with a supportive and psyched group made it feel approachable and I was able to put it together quickly! (please forgive my subpar angle choice that makes it look like I stepped on the boulder next to me, I did not🙄)
