Bronte CLT 2 - With the structure resolved, the CLT package moves from design intent to execution.
We are working collaboratively in a BIM model to ensure coordination before it reaches site: panel set-out, tolerances, openings, service zones, and connection logic. Once issued, change becomes difficult and certainty increases.
We’re working closely with @nextimberbytimberlink to coordinate fabrication and delivery sequencing, so installation follows a planned order rather than site-led adjustment.

This staircase started as CLT - arriving pre-built and going in with the structure.

A new coastal build is taking shape -> Bronte CLT 2
The architecture is organised around structure and level changes: stepped terraces, controlled massing, and a clear relationship to the street. These decisions are resolved early so the build sequence stays predictable.
In collaboration with the amazing @durackarchitects , the project is being delivered in cross-laminated timber, with structure, access, and interfaces planned before anything arrives on site.
On site now: groundworks - setting the framework for everything that follows.
