This video takes you behind the scenes into the massive attic space designed specifically to house all the air handlers and mechanical systems. By engineering the truss design around functionality and access, the team created an incredible amount of space for future maintenance and repairs without disrupting the home below. Even better, the pitched roof system was strategically designed to completely hide the rooftop AC units from public view, keeping the architectural lines and overall curb appeal clean and uninterrupted.
