***STAY UNTIL THE END*** Yesterday we had an opportunity to take our clients to @beyondaudio , where they showed off their stunning @justvideowalls . If you haven’t seen these in person I recommend you head on in to check it out. I spied a little draw drop by our client when we demonstrated the ease of removing a single panel. With every install the client receives extra panels that can be easily removed by either suction cup or small vacuum. This 156 inch flat panel screen is a game changer. When in sleep mode this tv can look like a painting or a photo you have uploaded.
As a thank you to our clients I wanted to put together a full recap of the #SMGilbertTraditional build, from the demo of the existing home, all of the way through completion of the new home. Call it my build journal if you will. From everyone over at @aft_construction we thank you for being the best clients a builder and friend could ask for. I’d say see you on the next one, but I’ve been told this will be your forever home. :) This was the project I was being hired for nearly two years ago and it was a special one!
At #ProjectNeverLeaving, every detail matters, even the ones you’ll never see. This video takes you behind the scenes into the massive attic space designed specifically to house all the air handlers and mechanical systems. By engineering the truss design around functionality and access, the team created an incredible amount of space for future maintenance and repairs without disrupting the home below. Even better, the pitched roof system was strategically designed to completely hide the rooftop AC units from public view, keeping the architectural lines and overall curb appeal clean and uninterrupted. Great design is not just about what looks good today. It’s about thinking long term for performance, serviceability, and aesthetics all at the same time.

@hickenair with massive movement today. All of the home ac units were lifted to the most impressive mechanical area I’ve ever seen for a home. As you can see there is movement on all aspects of this home now that we have our windows!
As of yesterday all @siennacustom windows are in and flashed. Of course it was a long wait for these amazing windows but it was definitely worth it. You have to see them in person! #ProjectNeverLeaving is on the fast track now. The remaining doors due in next week.
