• overall, the product on this flight felt a little worn out, which is reasonable since the product is almost 7 years old. there was noticeable wear and tear on the seat pad and ottoman, but overall, it still felt decent.
• the seat cushion is firm, but still comfortable. it’s also the widest business class seat i’ve tried so far. as someone who’s 6’6”(198cm), i still felt really roomy and could sleep comfortably, almost like lying on a tatami.
• the screen is big, sharp and responsive, so the movie watching experience was great. i especially loved the onboard camera during takeoff and landing.
• the sliding door is so helpful for privacy. honestly, i wish every business class seat came with doors.
• the cabin was very clean. the bathroom stayed spotless throughout the flight. it honestly felt like it was wiped down after every use.
• service was great. the staff were friendly, attentive, and responsive.
• the food was AMAZING. i’ll make a separate video on everything i ate during the flight.
• is it worth it? i definitely think so. it’s not the newest-looking product, but the space, privacy, comfort, service, and food still make it feel very worth it.
