This little cactus was a gift I brought to some friends of my late uncle Doug. Since then it has sprouted a whole collection of clover-like companions around it.
Doug could be a bit of a prickly individualist. He was also social, full of stories, and somehow always attracting interesting characters.
Apparently the cactus is following his lead.
