Our tour began in LA with a couple of side quests before we even played our first show. First, we were lucky enough to get a private peek at artist Clare Graham’s @moryork Gallery, a warehouse-sized space filled with his incredible assemblages of collected objects ranging from buttons to bones to soda can tabs. We could have stayed for hours looking at it all, but we had a hot date at the La Brea Tar Pits, where our friend India works. India gave us a backstage tour of the excavations and we got to visit the lab where scientists clean and catalogue the excavated bones. Unlike many prehistoric animals, we did not get stuck in the tar, allowing us to play a very lovely tour kickoff show at Permanent Records Roadhouse (@permanentrecordsroadhouse ). Our pals Artichoke (@artichokerocks ) opened with some extremely catchy songs about scientists, art history, and other totally normal things to write songs about. Los Angeles, we love you! Thanks to everyone who came out and gave us such a warm welcome.
Next stop, Fresno! We’ve got two days of shows here as part of the Rogue Festival (@rogue.fresno ) at Veni Vedi Vici (@veni.vidi.vici.fresno ) tonight and tomorrow (March 6 + 7), before we carry on the rest of our Left Coast Tour.

I’ll never forget the night in 2022 that me @deelishdeanna and @devante_turnbull skinny dipped under the stars in Miami. We held hands and prayed for all the things that came right after that Godly wave 🌊🙏🏼🥹
