Let’s call this how-we-MADE-it Monday - Pulling back the curtain on some Accomplice and @andrew_3d_art 3D wizardry. Sometimes the right project comes along where the technical challenges (and opportunities) make 3D the better choice over traditional production. The timeline, flexibility for later revisions, particular camera placements, and precise frame control all pointed us toward an animated approach for this collaboration with our agency friends at @arrivalsdepartures and their client, @eastwardenergy Enjoy this VFX breakdown from two director’s cuts. Wireframes, clay renders, lighting passes, compositing passes, and plenty more all come together to make something virtual feel plausibly real.

Gender-based violence isn’t always physical, but it is always abuse. Our recent collaboration with Arrivals & Departures @arrivalsdepartures for the Province of Nova Scotia @visitnovascotia uses a field of red flags to highlight its many forms and invites viewers to recognize the signs.
