The MMF's Paul Bonham is moderating a brilliant lineup of speakers: Accelerator managers Sarah Scardilli (Muise Management) and Jamil Carrol (The Plush House), as well as Lizzie Dickson (Head of Music, YouTube), discussing the programme’s impact and the future of music management.
The Accelerator Programme for Music Managers is a ground-breaking grants and education initiative we developed alongside YouTube Music in 2019. Since its launch, Accelerator has supported over 130 independent managers, helping them skill up, plan ahead, and foster lasting partnerships.

🥳🎉We're delighted to unveil the 18 talented independent music managers participating in the 7th annual edition of our Accelerator Programme!
🗺️2025’s group of managers are drawn from across the UK - from Glasgow to Brighton - and embody an array of experiences and backgrounds.
✔️Collectively, they represent over 60 clients - based everywhere from the UK to Nigeria, Iceland and the US - operating across a diversity of genres, and including solo artists, bands, producers, songwriters and DJs.
🤝Alongside our core partner, @youtubemusic , Accelerator has received extensive support from @aceagrams , @ppl_uk , @creativescots and @the_smia

⏰Applications for the 7th year of the Accelerator Programme for Music Managers are open for another 3 days!
The programme offers a unique combination of financial and educational support - welcoming a new cohort of managers each year, and providing them with grant funding (up to £12,000 will be available in 2025 for each successful applicant) as well as expert-led training on all aspects of the modern music business.
Initial submissions can be made by video, with a deadline of 12 noon of Monday, 3rd March 2025.
