Please join us for a very special night at Acamaya, we are delighted to invite our friend Telly Justice (she/her) Chef and owner of HAGS in NYC!
We are excited to celebrate both of our restaurants Michelin recognitions, A STAR ⭐️ FOR HAGS, and a “Bib Gourmand” for ACAMAYA! We chose to honor some of the shared values between our restaurants.
We couldn’t think of a better way to observe such an enormous accomplishment, than to ensure we could have all of y’all join us.
This is a model that we have been wanting to explore, and who better to teach us than the HAGS team that has been offering it for a long time, for us at ACAMAYA, this will be the first time throwing an event with this pay structure, but certainly not the last!

we’re going to build a shelter and install an all-hours community fridge in the bywater. we are also collecting dry goods to be distributed by @gladewaves so please bring anything that can be kept in a pantry!
