Soil is life. Epic to use our @soilmentor app to help observe and monitor soils on our farm here in Chile. Beginning a #SoilHealth revolution.

A windy wintery video for a very autumnal day. Many of you will have heard me talk about the Feminine (or Regenerative) Business Principles and the feminine economy. They give me hope that business can be a tool to create a regenerative future for all beings. ⠀ I would love to hear people's thoughts on them, I know the principles are inspiring for some and that they don't all sit right with everyone. I always appreciate people sharing what feels good or not to them, these principles are not set in stone but a glimpse into a different world that we can make possible if we chose. ⠀ ⠀ This video is a repost from the wonderful @earthly_collective and was recorded last November:⠀ When @abby_super of @farmerama_radio read out these feminine business principles, created by @sister.is , to the audience at last November's @farmstofeedus #regenaggathering, it blew my mind a little bit. So much so, that before the weekend ended I had cajoled Abby into reading them out for this video, immortalised and forever useful for reference. These principles are so important - we absolutely need more femininity in our approach to how we live on and interact with our earth. ⠀⠀ ⠀ Abby said "We can see it is impossible to regenerate the earth if you operate an extractive business model. If we want a shift to regenerative farming and to regenerate the earth and all beings, then we need to have the way businesses operate also be regenerative. These are literally the backbone of how I operate in the business world, they give the team space for all the things that many people said had no place in business. Even just 'you have a body' - in the business context that is oddly profound. How did business get so disconnected from being alive?”⠀

How glorious! Bathed in more beauty than I could have imagined after spending a week with these magical souls. United across continents, together we crafted a collective space for love, sadness, dancing, singing, howling, sitting in pain and healing a little bit at a time. Ready to return to the world knowing the collective power we hold. Thank you all 💜💜💜@eupriscilafonseca @osunschild @musa.gwebani @jyotilovesfood @amandarahra @adanicustodio @rubyrreed @betheearth.foundation

A time of questioning, learning and being at sea. Being in the sea, watching the sun set and then rise, learning about rain fed almonds/pistachios and heritage wheats in the Spanish altiplano, all reminders of the beauty of being alive - thank you @intiocean @lajunquera @rubyrreed @rameet for being there and guiding me along the way

I’m a little slow sharing this but I am really excited to have been selected as one of the #50Next young people shaping the future of gastronomy by @theworlds50best for my work helping to build @farmerama_radio & @sectormentor @soilmentor - definitely a collective effort with the teams behind the podcast and apps! The most exciting thing about it is that the 50Next list features super inspiring people all around the world working for a similar vision of how beautiful the world can be. I have posted images of 8 others in this list from all over who I am blown away by, so grateful to have learned about their work and filled with hope to see the amazing work they are doing.
