I came in with nervous energy but what I had experienced in that space was amazing! It was good to just be honest with myself about how I’m feeling both physically and mentally and to stop taking myself so seriously or stressing over unnecessary things that don’t define me as a human. There were times where I felt uncomfortable, but it was good to be out of that comfort zone and learn from it, even if that means I had no idea what to write for certain questions during journaling sessions.
Also thank you to everyone else in the session for creating such a safe place to be in.
Highly recommend my friends go to the next Connect session!
