We put this mid-year in-house showcase together inside our factory to show how our lighting and LED work together when they are planned properly. Clean integration. Clear intent. No gaps between departments.
The reel pulls from the night itself. Tighter systems. Smarter layouts. Lighting and LED are considered together from the first conversation, the way producers and touring teams need it to work when the pressure is on.
This is the direction we are heading. More capability. More complex thinking. Fewer handovers. Better outcomes when one team owns the detail.

On Friday, 12 December our Austage Fed Square team had the honour of delivering the audio visual production management and show operate crew for Victoria’s Treaty: It’s Here, a free ceremony and celebration at John Cain Arena on Wurundjeri country.
The historic event marked the start of Victoria’s Treaty era with a ceremonial exchange between Premier @jacintaallanmp , Minister for Treaty and First Peoples’

Our team delivered 2 x 12m-wide, 3m-high IP-rated LED walls using our ROE V4ST panels, shaped with 10° concave/convex capability for Monash Open Day 2025 in collaboration with the creative team at Rich Experiences.
By leveraging the ROE panels 10-degree flexibility, we were able to shaped the screen to match the event’s creative vision and the showcase the excellence of Monash University.

🧩 An old skool look done in a new skool way for a favourite band, and we were proud to be involved.
Our Outdoor rated LED panels shaped the backdrop for @franz_ferdinand at their only Victorian stop for @liveatthegardens .
We used ROE V4ST 4mm for the Upstage Centre Screen and Unilumin 3mm LED for the IMAG side screens.
The show in its third year is a collaboration between Royal Botanic Gardens Melbourne and Roundhouse Entertainment.

On AFL Grand Final Eve at Moonee Valley, racegoers got more than world-class Group 1 action: they were treated to the ultimate “Kick & Win” footy challenge.

🦺 The team worked the rig hard for Boiler Room Melbourne at PICA.
🔩 Our pod trusses had to lock in with a mothergrid on 60 hoists, so the alignment needed tight accuracy from the first lift. 💡 Colorado Bars, our GLP Wildbars, and Strike Ms drove the look with punch and clean coverage. 🖥 The GrandMA3 network ran 50 universes to keep everything tight and responsive.

Roe V4ST panels took centre court at Rod Laver Arena for the 2025 Super Netball Grand Final. 🏐 Max Events had a clear plan and wanted a flown LED cube for scores and replays. With a four-millimetre pixel pitch and 7x4 metre sides, the rig looked crisp and seamless.
We also built the mobile walk-on screens, adding dynamic entertainment moments with quick roll-on/off during changeovers. ⚡
The crew delivered a safe, steady build with clean lines and a polished finish across the floor. Big looks, sharp visuals, and a strong result for an unforgettable night. ✨
