NEW PUBLICATION! A team gathering in Vilnius last fall, good mood, drinks, and a stroll through an airport magazine shop after, and just like that, a new idea was born: our second publishing title had to be a game publication. We wanted to create something truly enjoyable to own and use, beautifully designed, in a category that hasn’t felt particularly inspiring. What else would a studio searching for more play make? Today, we are announcing Playbook - a new puzzle magazine with more than 60 games in a beautiful new print format, launching online in a few weeks and soon after across selected retailers. More details to come. We are especially excited to be collaborating with designer @bydavydenduyver , who took our first ideas and pushed them further. Sit.Dot.Move. an exhibition celebrating @savoofficeseating 80 years at @3daysofdesign @framing.events is now open! An absolute joy to keep supporting and building the Savo brand, and seeing this yet another concept come to life, in collaboration with Copenhagen-based architecture studio @archival_studies This one has been so fun, it’s a real *playground* for the Savo brand, which is disturbing it’s nieche workspace seating category one exhibition at at time! For the first time, visitors can test the majority of portfolio products, play a game and figure out which chair best fits their habits, browse curated library books on seating, and flip through Savo’s first publication that we produced (pinch us!). So proud of everyone involved, and grateful to team Savo and Archival for coming together and co-orchestrating a beautiful event! For 3days only, come, visit, and don’t forget the daily breakfast at 10am (we’ll be there!) by @juno_the_bakery . The exhibition is at Framing, 2nd floor, left wing. Amsterdam, thank you! So high on energy today, thanks to all — Marc and the team at @athenaeumnieuwscentrum for hosting, Steve from @stackmagazines for asking engaging questions, and all those who came by, listened in, asked a few questions, and grabbed a cap and a copy! Sorry to those we didn’t manage to chat to — we had such a lovely and cosy time (!) and hope to return with the full team again soon! 🤞💚 And a big shoutout to @wearebunk for the unique stay in a former church! A surreal experience in itself. PS of course, best photos when the dog walks in the shot - had to!
