This season was theme-less...more about making clothes for the folks who usher creativity into the world: CREATIVE PROFESSIONALS. I first imagined the iconic artists that inspire me wearing these pieces as they live and work...then I imagined all the artists in MY life that actually CREATE THE CULTURE WE CONSUME. I thought about the MUAs, DJs, models, stylists, editors, writers, agents, sculptors, musicians, painters, designers of all ilks, hairstylists, dancers, singers, graphic artists, actors....what are the common denominators about how we all dress? We all want clothes that are chic, cool, artful, comfortable, versatile, packable, can be easily dressed up & down, interesting, well-designed...so THAT'S what I did!
