Leading the development of a @vmas performance look for @doechii was one of those projects that pushed every part of my skill set at once ⚔️
For this performance with @katyperry , I served as the lead pattern maker and oversaw the development and production of the garment with the @ch_creativelab team. I was responsible for patterning, cutting, sampling, leading construction, and fitting @doechii ahead of the show, helping translate the vision into something built for the stage.
There’s something really special about seeing a look go from flat patterns and fittings to a live performance in front of millions of people. Getting trusted to lead that process for an artist I genuinely admire made this one unforgettable.

Every piece was created to hold its own on stage. Big silhouettes, high impact details, and looks designed to hit from every angle once the lights came up.
Getting to help shape this era for Monaleo was such a major moment for me and seeing everything come alive night after night is something I’m still proud of.

Bushwick was ours for the night.
Seeing my pieces move through the streets surrounded by all that texture, chaos, and energy felt unreal. Every look hit exactly the way I wanted it to. Sharp silhouettes cutting through traffic, storefront lights bouncing off fabric, people stopping mid-walk to stare… this shoot felt alive.
Finally getting to create with @adriane.wav again after way too long made it even better. They captured these looks with so much intensity and atmosphere. Truly one of my favorite people to work with. If you’re in NYC and need a photographer that knows how to make fashion feel cinematic, go book them immediately.

I was part of the production team on this look for Lainey, responsible for patternmaking and contributing to the garment construction. Translating the design into a fully realized stage piece meant building out the patterns, refining fit, and supporting the construction so it could move, perform, and hold up under stage conditions.
Seeing it come to life on stage at that scale was special.
