Some short excerpts from our show last month at @z.i.m.m.t - In addition to the first realised visual set-up with @uunsync , I experimented with live voice performance and spatial diffusion for my piece 'Kol Od', using a 32-channel dome.

'Whispers' is a collection of electro-acoustic pieces [2022-2024] composed as sound environments based on broken Hebrew poetry.
Consistent themes that can be found in the poetry are the natural versus artificial, and the human element in between them and as a part of them; connection between physical consistency and bodily materialism; the relativity of silence; collective numbness in urban surroundings; the misleading purity of nature; the human entity as an observant of its surroundings. Miniatures [of forgotten songs]
is now available to listen(link in bio)
These are two short pieces that contain condensed elements from two forgotten songs. Intuitively executed, improvised bass guitar and lo-fi recorded voice, these short pieces were a result of revisiting existing though forgotten musical material.
'Miniatures' are meant to be lightly taken, as small windows into the making of music as nostalgic, human atmospheres: full of small errors, imperfections and faded memories.

The guest of our next show is Yaara Yaniv @_yaaray_ . Yaaray is a composer, sound artist and vocalist based between The Hague and Paris. She
seeks to explore and expose the hidden elements within recognised sounds and meanings, aspiring to obscure the borders between planes of expression with personal interpretation. She takes a particular interest in poetry, voice, bass instruments and resonant objects. Several on-going projects (‘This Night’, ‘Prayers’) are dedicated to the analysis,
interpretation and abstract transference of meaning from Hebrew poetry into sound.

"Isha (אישה : woman) is a poem painting the story of a woman who’s cries are lost in the loudness of modern urban surroundings, and in the collective numbness that rules above all other senses. The poem was re-interpreted into a musical piece, which resulted in being equally unstable, and just as broken -
both in patterns and in atmosphere. Almost every sound source in the piece is the voice, with additional field recordings gathered in the streets of Paris, transformed to become incoherent and distorted. This piece is expected to be released as
