The book focuses in on the life of Mollie Moon, founder of the National Urban League Guild & one of the most powerful & influential philanthropists of the Civil Rights Movement & beyond. The evening included a live interview between Tanisha & renowned professor, author, & activist, Brittney Cooper, PhD (
@professor_crunk ).
🍸 To honor the book in its totality, my client wanted to infuse speakeasy vibes throughout the night. From moody lighting to a menu that propelled guests through time, this was the chance to produce a magical evening filled with deep conversation, delicious bites, & community in abundance.
