This is probably one of our most notable Claypaky projects when Sydney's world-famous Olympic Cauldron was rekindled in its new, permanent home at Sydney's Homebush Bay.
Goldenscan 3s were chosen for the project because their mirror enabled precise positioning of the light beam. The beams could project over ten metres to effectively illuminate the cauldron and support structure, as well as water flowing down from above.

The Mini-Bs were a big surprise for lighting designer Trent Suidgeest, especially since he had originally specified a different fixture to serve as his footlights on the circular stage ๐ Trent described the Mini-Bs as absolutely beautiful, adding that they were unbelievably bright, had brilliant colours, and were very fast.

Tim Bormann of TLB Lighting has been on the road as Lighting Designer for the Dean Z and Tributes in Concert Band. Tim ensured his FOH control remained consistent by touring his own MA Lighting International MA3 onPC command wing with an MA3 fader wing.
โThe show's MA3 programming proved instrumental in efficiently updating the groups, selection grid, and cues with extra fixtures and positions, particularly given the tight timelines in each venue, with some venues allowing only an hour before doors,โ he commented.

COVID lockdowns hit Melbourne hard, and when Mother's Day came around in 2020, the closest families could get was a FaceTime call. The team at the Royal Womenโs Hospital in Melbourne wanted to make Motherโs Day special and called on @resx_aus to help.
With the aid of three @clay.paky Scenius Unico, the hospital faรงade became a projection surface for colour and messages of love and support for all mothers. As part of the display, images of new and expecting mothers were projected onto the building during a rotating 10-minute light show.
For a Motherโs Day like no other, Claypaky made the day something special despite the restrictions in place.
