You can eat well and train hard and still be stuck because consistency isn’t all you need. You need consistency in the right things:
• eating ENOUGH food to support your body for fat loss
• training hard but not every day
• doing the right kinds of exercises your body needs, not just smashing and overloading your CNS every day with hours of training
@_ruby__grace__ is proof that you can eat more food than you think and still achieve amazing (but actually sustainable) results 🍑

Paige asked me to shoot for ryderwears collection which was such an honour and such an experience because I’m awkward as hell! But it’s not everyday you see a brown girl modeling in the fitness industry for big brands 🥹🩷
I’m struggling to find the words to explain the energy I felt being in a room filled with strong, empowering, inspiring and absolutely beautiful women.
I know that today is something I’ll forever cherish. To all the women who I was lucky enough to share this space, thank you for showing up for yourself today and every other day and allowing me to be part of your journey. To have a room filled with so many women, some who I’ve been coaching for 5 years, and others who I’ve never met but it feels like we have, is a testament to the community, loyalty & connection that runs deeper than just a training program. The best part of my job is nothing but the women I work with.
I never thought we’d be here from the young girl who loved @ryderwear and looked up to the brand and its mission and spent all her money there, to now hosting her first event collaborating with them 🥺 everybody looked and felt so beautiful!!!
