I use to tell myself “I can’t eat that” or “im not allowed that” One thing I’ve loved since working with @paigetsimilas is that she’s taught me all foods have a place in our diets. Dessert can be included when you’re reaching your goals. Your iced coffee, can be included too. Your 3pm sweet treat can also be included as can dinner with friends or a cake and coffee shared with a friend.
