The secret to fat loss
⦠is that thereās actually none.
Most of the women who come to me have done diets that failed, have regained all the weight they lost, and found every time they got busy their routine fell apart.
There really is no secret thing to do to help you avoid that. The answer is simple really, and you already probably know this yourself but youāve convinced yourself to believe that sustainable fat loss is nearly impossible that it if it isnāt hard and doesnāt suck it isnāt working.
Making it REALISTIC is the solution. If itās realistic, it can be done on a bad day, and even better on a good day. There will never be a time in your life where you are distraction free, stress, and responsibility free, where you get to dedicate 100% of your energy into your fitness goals
So why do you keep trying to overcomplicate it and make it too hard?
Being in a build phase has its perks - more food, more strength. But it also comes with days where you feel a little uncomfortable in your own skin because your clothes feel tighter and you donāt look as lean.
Thatās where the reminders matter most: Iām healthy, Iām strong, and this phase is part of the process - not something to fight against.
