The secret to fat loss … is that there’s actually none. Most of the women who come to me have done diets that failed, have regained all the weight they lost, and found every time they got busy their routine fell apart. There really is no secret thing to do to help you avoid that. The answer is simple really, and you already probably know this yourself but you’ve convinced yourself to believe that sustainable fat loss is nearly impossible that it if it isn’t hard and doesn’t suck it isn’t working. Making it REALISTIC is the solution. If it’s realistic, it can be done on a bad day, and even better on a good day. There will never be a time in your life where you are distraction free, stress, and responsibility free, where you get to dedicate 100% of your energy into your fitness goals So why do you keep trying to overcomplicate it and make it too hard?

Being in a build phase has its perks - more food, more strength. But it also comes with days where you feel a little uncomfortable in your own skin because your clothes feel tighter and you don’t look as lean. That’s where the reminders matter most: I’m healthy, I’m strong, and this phase is part of the process - not something to fight against. Working with @ptcoaching_ has completely shifted my mindset. Learning to feel confident in my body through every phase has been a game changer. The guidance, honesty & support is unmatched. Currently What I Eat In A Day — In a reverse diet phasešŸ„£šŸŒšŸ„¦šŸ„©šŸ« i’m going to hold your hand your hand when I say this, but don’t be afraid to eat more & especially carbs!! I feel way leaner and more defined right now than when I was in my deficit. Currently on 200g of carbs 🫢🫢 investing in a coach & meal prepping ahead of the week are the two things that have helped me drastically šŸ¤ @ptcoaching_ @paigetsimilas

The women that come to work with me usually have 2 things in common They’ve been under eating and over training, thinking more restriction was the answer. (It wasn’t) We focus on balance More food Smarter training And build flexibility into the plan Now they’re leaner, stronger, eating more, stressing less and finally have a healthy relationship with food and the scales like Layla 🧚 Most women don’t have a fat loss problem, They have a stress and under fuelling problem. Once we fix that everything changes šŸ¤
