After a wild 2025, it felt powerful to begin the year grounded, clear, and intentional. Not just showing up, but showing up with purpose.

Every time I come back to @fsphiladelphia it finds a way to outdo itself.
This time, it was Sky Garden, their newly renovated floor and the most intentional version of this property yet. Thereās something about a space that quiet and that considered that does something to your mind as a creative. The noise just falls away. Ideas start moving differently.
Me and @polishdon_ spent the whole trip locked in, fed well, and genuinely recharged. Some mornings it was room service and nowhere to be. Some afternoons it was the pool above the clouds, just watching the city exist from a whole different angle. That alone was worth it.
Between lunch at @vernickfish , dinners at @jean.georgesphiladelphia , and nights at @skyhighphiladelphia with the city laid out below us, it was exactly the kind of stay we needed.

Thereās something about pieces that have already lived a life before you find them.
Little details, worn edges, textures shaped by timeā¦ they carry stories youāll never fully know, but somehow still feel. Iāve always been drawn to that. Not just how something looks, but what itās been through, who itās belonged to, where itās been.
Austin gave me a few of those quiet gems. The kind you donāt just wear, you keep. The kind that settle into your life and stay there for years, collecting new stories alongside the old ones.
I think thatās what I love mostā¦ finding things with character, and giving them a second life that lasts.
