The third episode of the DC-R series for @threadsradio features two artists based in and around Lisbon – Oströl (Tomás Larisch Frazer / @frazerfray ), composer, sound engineer and conductor for orchestra and choir, and DJ-sound artist 2rana 3crana (@jussi_brightmore / Gum Takes Tooth [ @gumtakesinsta ]).
Oströl’s contribution – a soundscape forged of prepared electronics, field recordings and piano – plays out over the first half-hour. ‘The sound of a cafe deconstructed.
