We’re officially launching TRAFKA as a label on Bandcamp — a platform where we’ll share with the world our original creations, constructions, and deconstructions of audio and/or video.
The first drop “Буча” (Bucha), is an original track made by “(ct)” (Civilian Targets) another domestic project born inside the Trafka operations base. It’s now available for streaming, free download, and feedback.
Bucha is a city near Kyiv that, in the early days of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, was seized by Russian forces. Hundreds of civilians were killed before troops withdrew on March 31, 2022. Today, its residents continue working to identify all the victims and to have the atrocities committed there recognized internationally as war crimes.
