The Recap! Squat: 262.5//578 (17.5kg meet PR and grind of the century) Bench: 177.5//391 (5kg meet PR) missed 182.5 Deadlift: 292.5//644 (2.5kg meet PR) missed 310 on ambitious attempt to pull for the Arnold. 732.5 Total which is a 35kg PR on the total! Had a blast today! The energy in this place was incredible! Thank you to everyone who showed support and love! Special thanks to my fiancé @nadiaallisha for being my rock day in and day out, always pushing me to be better everyday in all aspects of life! I love you more than words could describe baby!! Thanks to @aangelini286 for being my best friend and training partner for like 8 damn years now! Love you buddy and congrats to you for doing the damn thing and qualifying for the Arnold with room to spare! MEET RECAP… 6/9 on the day missing all of my thirds…two of those thirds I passed out which is always a fun time!! Squat: 222.5//490 237.5//523 242.5//535 miss Bench: 162.5//358 172.5//380 (10kg meet PR) 177.5//391 miss Deadlift: 265//584 282.5//622 300//661 miss Total: 692.5//1525 @ 98.85kg Didn’t exactly go to plan today, but I honestly had so much fun competing yesterday and watching other close friends compete as well!! Most of y’all know already, but a lot has changed in my life since I last stepped on the platform. I won’t go into detail out of respect for others, but for those of you that have stuck with me through everything, I can’t thank you enough for your endless love and support for me. It doesn’t go unappreciated!! A huge thank you to @aangelini286 and @tjf.fit for handling me and dealing with my meet day antics🤣 Shoutout to my lady @nadiaallisha for being my backbone throughout the final stages of this prep!! Thank you baby!!❤️ This was easily the most well run/put together meet that @jandaurio has ever done and I can’t thank you enough along with the rest of the @bentbarpl team for everything that you do for this sport!! MEET RECAP Squat: 220//485 235//518 245//540 (7.5kg Meet PR) Bench: 147.5//325 157.5//347 162.5//358 (Match PR) Deadlift: 260//573 282.5//622 290//640 (15kg Meet PR) 27 white lights 9/9 day for the 1st time in 6 meets lol Total: 697.5//1538 BW: 107.8/237 All glory to God!! Wouldn’t be where I am today without his endless mercy and grace!! Had an absolute blast yesterday!! Being in my home gym surrounded by what seemed like thousands of people yelling and screaming at me when I came up to the platform was incredible!! The support from you guys is unmatched!! Another special thanks to @croninstrength for coaching me through these past 3.5 years!! There’s been a lot of up and downs but you’ve always figured things out for me!
