This was a whirlwind of two weeks where outside of the studio experienced our capacity pushed from many streams: administratively, financially, physically.
Big appreciation to
@jamncamrn for stepping in to replace Lyzah as performer as they had a knee injury at the end of the first week.
@alyssafavero then stepping into rehearsal director role. And
@_lamont_______ doing it all from performer to co-creator.
Inside the studio we felt the satisfaction that comes from metaphorical pancake making, we found the core of the work as a line to dance real close to and sometimes far away. We laughed, improvised, napped, got lost, freestyled, choreographed to criminal, became flag poles for each other. We imagined sitting on soft sand and flying in open skies.
