Robin Cantrell is a dancer, choreographer & educator known for blending contemporary technique with mindfulness practices. her teaching emphasizes breath, grounding & embodied awareness, helping dancers develop clarity, confidence & creative agency. drawing from two decades of international dance work & cultural diplomacy, she cultivates studio environments rooted in compassion, curiosity & deep listening.
