We came down to Texas right in time with Halloween/Samhein ~ I didn’t know if I could make it there! Torn from the fabric of a tapestry I had been weaving for many years, to find myself patching in that part of my past to start a new weaving of memories and friendships that feel like family!! ✨
Our time in Austin was filled with amazing music & jams! Revitalizing the Salamander Spirit and letting our wild selves be free! 🐒
I am sooo grateful for the sisterhood that I found, that held me like an anchor into a new world I never thought I’d find myself in 💃
I danced, I sang, I build garden beds, I taught yoga for the first time in a studio, gave vocal lessons, and looooved!! 💗 && found such an epic band!!
So grateful to embrace the random and weird with my beloved Cy 🦎
The beauty and magic of Texas blew me away ~ I found a sense of connection to my ancestors and bathed in the waters that rebirthed me 💧
Holdin down the frequency of Mystic in a city, but not alone! I am sooo grateful for the mystics that found us, stuck by us, and made life sooo fun!! 🌈
The medicine of music is such a gift ~ it was a true blessing to share my voice, my light, and my love every opportunity I got!! 🥰
Thanks Austin for keeping it weird and opening my eyes more to my purpose 🔥

Spirit and Flavor is alive and we are about to make the best food albums of our lives!
We have our men’s ceremony with @spiritflavorbird and then the most sacred and profane gathering of musical geniuses by @savejlife with @ancientfuturecollective . Then we move into the women’s ceremony and a whole month of co-ed magic in May!
Come play and pray with us in the swamp for our kid life summer camp and allow yourselves to connect to Mother Nature and a tribe in ways that most of our souls have been longing for. 💚🌿

This time has brought great change to our lives! Lots of powerful redirection and alignment towards our higher purpose. I am soo blessed and grateful to have spent this weekend sharing music with dear friends, laughing SOO much, and celebrating the absolutely glory of our togetherness ☺️
We offered such an incredible workshop ~ ‘Free The Sound’ 🎉 where people got to offer their spontaneous expression into a safe space held in rhythm and harmony! We all got deep in that pocket 😜
We shared some spectacular sets!! @sylviasnowsings absolutely melted our hearts with her soulful songs and prayers for these tender times 🥹 literally made me cry ~
I got to share prayers for Cacao and share medicine songs to bring the dance alive ~ opening for @salamandercollective 🦎💕
We rocked the set!! Fully improvised until the end when we shared our classic closing song “Part of it All”
It was such a joy to share this music with everyone and watch everyone dancing in pure joy! My heart sincerely couldn’t be happier with the way our band has come together to offer the spirt of music! ✨
I had sooo much fun singing ‘Dancing Under the Sun’ with @bloomurianmusic & @thegreatmedicineshow ! 🌞
For Wolrd Water Day we prayed and played with Waters 💦 rubbing clay on our bodies, anointing ourselves with the earth, and singing behind waterfalls!
& I couldn’t be more grateful for the way I felt my sisterhood strong with me! We had the sweetest giggles and most nourishing camp together! @kt_cutler & @kathuizar 😻 thanks for blessings our band with your presence and sharing the copal and glitter with us for a sacred and silly time together 🥰
Just absolutely pure magic!! 🪄 my heart is filled to the brim. With all the chaos moving my life right now ~ I felt absolutely held by community and thriving in my purpose!
