The Hedera Dining Table, designed by Onno Adriaanse, appears to emerge from a rock formation made of maple wood, which is overgrown by lush climbing plants.
These plants intertwine into a supporting organic structure, like a tree with an expansive canopy on which the satin glass top can rest. This creates a striking and balanced form, with a tabletop that seems to float freely all around.

Presented on the occasion of MDW2026, the Ossimoro shelves, designed by Valeria Vaccaro, are availble in different shapes and dimensions: Ossimoro IV, Ossimoro V and Ossimoro VI.
They are made entirely of white Carrara marble, featuring a concealed iron wall mounting system. Every shelf is hand-crafted to resemble the cross-section of a tree trunk with an irregular and organic shape. The hand-painted surface highlights the wood’s growth rings, while the darker edges recall the tree’s bark.

Inside the spaces of Dilmos, in dialogue with the Mimesis exhibition by Onno Adriaanse and Valeria Vaccaro, the Mimesis Café takes place, created in collaboration with partners @lehni_furniture and @meritalia
Conceived as a space dedicated to encounter and exchange, the café is defined by modular systems from the Swiss company Lehni and the iconic La Michetta seating by Gaetano Pesce for Meritalia®, alongside the Snake coffee table by Carlo Contin and a selection of objects from the Edizioni del Pesce.

The Ossimoro collection, designed by Valeria Vaccaro and presented on the occasion of the Mimesis exhibition, explores the contrast between marble, a symbol of stability and eternity, and time-worn wood, evoking fragility and delicacy.
Through work on form, texture, and patina, Vaccaro transforms marble into surfaces that mimic wood in its most lived dimension. The marble doesn't lose its substance but acquires organic visual and tactile qualities, creating a true mimesis.

On the occasion of the Mimesis exhibition, Dilmos unveils the Onno Adriaanse's Hedera collection, which expands into new configurations and larger scales, including a dining table, desk with chair, sideboard, and storage unit, while introducing glass, a new material that broadens the project’s expressive and perceptual possibilities.
The dialogue between opacity and transparency generates a subtle perceptual play, where the solidity of wood contrasts with the visual lightness of glass, reinforcing the organic dimension of the forms.
Thanks to the installation conceived by Verderame the space becomes a vegetal and sculptural stage that amplifies and makes tangible the principle of Mimesis.

Verderame is a Milan-based atelier with a definite purpose: bring the flower back to the center of the design project, with rigor and clarity. Since its foundation, the atelier wanted to create a place that isn't just a florist, but a creative laboratory where organic matter could dialogue with architecture.
Selected by Dilmos to create the set-up for the Mimesis exhibition, Verderame designed not a simple natural composition, but true botanical sculptures that explore the dialogue between matter and form, between rigidity and organic fluidity.

For the Mimesis exhibition, Valeria Vaccaro designed the Ossimoro collection that explores the contrast between marble, symbol of stability and eternity, and worn-time wood, which evokes fragility and delicacy.
The key pieces previewed by the gallery are the Ossimoro mirrors. Their frame, made of Carrara marble, is shaped and treated by Vaccaro to resemble the section of a tree trunk, featuring hand-painted textures that evokes the appearance of natural wood with burned areas, a distinctive technique of the artist.

Coming from the world of contemporary art, Valeria Vaccaro was invited by Dilmos to apply her artistic research to design, presenting a new collection on the occasion of Milano Design Week.
Her sculptural and painterly technique, which is focused on intervening on marble making it resemble wood, revolves around the concept of fire and combustion's process. The fire, a dynamic element that tends to purify all things, acts, in her works, not as a destructive but as a generative force.

For the Mimesis exhibition, Onno Adriaanse revisits his Hedera project, developing a new collection exclusively for Dilmos.
The inspiration came from the designer's travels in Australia and his observation of climbing plants that symbiotically intertwine with trees, becoming eventually autonomous structures.
As a preview of Milano Design Week, Dilmos presents the Hedera Cabinet, entirely crafted in walnut. Its structure is articulated through a continuous vertical branching to form the skeleton of the piece.

At his first collaboration with the gallery, Dilmos presents Onno Adriaanse, a Dutch design studio that translates the wonder of natural phenomena into form and texture by highlighting specific elements, echoing organic shapes and using natural colors.
Onno's design process is hands-on and material-oriented, resulting in statement pieces with a high level of craftmanship. With his works, Onno aims to create a world that invites stillness and wonder, a place to slow down and be moved by form and material.

On the occasion of MDW 2026, Dilmos presents Mimesis, an exhibition that introduces two new featured designers: @onnoadriaanse and @valeriavaccaro_art .
Each designer draws from their own creative language to develop two original collections in which objects adopt the behaviors of nature as a generative principle.

Last night the collaboration with Multiforme was highlighted in our gallery displaying the Flowers in Wonderland collection designed by Alessandra Baldereschi.
The collection is composed of six unopened flowers in hand-blown artistic glass; precious gems that are about to open and reveal all their beauty. They are buds in six pastel colors, which, once illuminated, show additional chromatic tones.
