We’re excited to share that construction has officially commenced at 280 Point Cook Road, Point Cook, with a pre-committed tenant set to take the entire centre.
The Point Cook Dental & Medical Centre will provide a comprehensive range of healthcare services including medical imaging (CT Scan and MRI), women’s health specialists, procedure rooms, dental surgery and a GP clinic.
Once complete, the circa 2,000 sqm centre is expected to host up to 23 medical practitioners, delivering much-needed healthcare services to the growing Point Cook community. We’re thrilled to be contributing this important facility to support the City of Wyndham, Victoria’s fastest-growing municipality.

The final weeks of 2024 were some of the busiest yet for DeGroup, and a highlight was the successful delivery of Dan Murphy’s at The Village Bacchus Marsh.
Delivered in early December, the store was open and trading ahead of the busy Christmas and New Year period, ensuring the local community could enjoy this fantastic new addition during the festive season.
