Exciting news. LSR has been awarded a new project with @goodman.group , a global leader in industrial property.
We will be delivering a full refurbishment and building upgrades to an existing 22,000m² warehouse in Port Melbourne, with design already underway and demolition commencing in June.

We're proud to have been awarded the Distribution Drive, Mickleham project for our client Spargo Group, with project management by @legacyprojectmanagement . The development features a service station, car wash and fast food restaurant, and we're looking forward to getting started alongside the project team.
We're taking on Sydney. LSR's first project in the NSW market has officially been awarded, we're building a new production facility for @sonomabakery . Demolition starts next week, with a 25-week program to bring it to life. This is a huge milestone for us and we couldn't be more excited about what's ahead. Stay tuned.

Momentum continues at Maverick Business Park, with works advancing across all 27 warehouse units. Another strong industrial project underway in Mordialloc.
Proud to have delivered the Peet St, Pakenham project. A large-scale, purpose-built food manufacturing and production facility. This project is a testament to the dedication, expertise and collaboration of the entire team, who worked through complex challenges to bring the client’s vision to life.
