Hi!! 👋 I’ve joined the incredible team at @tsa_ny and we’re opening our members exhibition tomorrow—hope to see you there! 🐯 prisma August 23 – September 28, 2025 Opening Reception: Saturday, August 23, 6-8pm PRISMA presents the works of Tiger Strikes Asteroid New York members Aisha Tandiwe Bell, Cecile Chong, Dominic Terlizzi, Ethan Greenbaum, Fred Blauth, Mike Olin, Mónica Palma, Rachael Gorchov, Sun You, Vincent Como, and William Kim, curated by Elisa Gutiérrez Eriksen The title of the exhibition refers to a prism— a shape with multiple sides that can refract light and alter the way we perceive things. The word is often used to “describe a way of looking at or thinking about something that causes us to see or understand differently” (Britannica). In this exhibition, each artwork constitutes a facet of the prism, forming a structure that allows the viewer to explore things in an alternative visual and material way while suggesting a renewed perspective on our surroundings. @superblakwoman2 @cecilestudio @dominicterlizzi @ethangreenbaum @__fr.ed @mikedallasolin @mopanana @rachaelgorchov @sunyou728 @vincentcomostudio @login.kim @egeriksen Tiger Strikes Asteroid 1329 Willoughby Ave Brooklyn, NY 11237 #tigerstrikesasteroid #tigerstrikesasteroidnewyork
