I draw my inspiration from my Zimbabwean roots, creating a musical experience that transports and connects me back to home no matter where I am. I aim to evoke a sense of nostalgia, for those part of the African diaspora and a sense of wonder for those new to the sound of gqom and afro house - their rhythmic nature, powerful bassline, heavy and minimalistic beats blended with traditional vocal chants.
I love how music transcends borders and connects cultures. I enjoy playing sets that create an atmosphere where people can escape and find solace in the collective energy of the dancefloor.

Outside of my mahi as a public servant, I've embarked on this hella fun journey as a DJ. This journey began back in October 2022, where I was fortunate enough to be a part of the Mix Uni facilitated by @hurricaneemiily / @club.121 (shoutout to one of my faves @fluffcoredj for hooking me up).
