Long wait, but a new concept is here. (Mind you this has been sitting on my phone since November)
Diamond Boy feels like late summer nights, blurred edges, everything a little too soft and a little too intense at the same time.
If I directed this, I’d place it in a surreal 80s Miami motel, somewhere between reality and a dream. Grainy, humid, neon-lit. Beautiful, but slightly dangerous.
A world of glowing sin, glass and water. Where seduction and disorientation exist in the same breath.
Neon pink and electric blue catching on skin. Champagne dripping, shot too close. A motel pool glowing in the dark.
Bodies moving like the room is breathing. Light flickering. Time stretching.
A moment that feels good enough to stay in, even if you know you probably shouldn’t…
