Beach days during the Winter still exist!! Air temps in the low 50’s and the water temp around 45, isn’t necessarily warm, but it will do! A lot of the @oceansurfshop crew making do with the surprise fun wave yesterday morning!! Lukas Petrillo @lukas_petrillo at home on the nose to start off followed by Blake @blake.schieffer doing his version of the same! 📸🌴🌊

I was shooting with an older DSLR with a CCD sensor which emulates filmic color rendering. I was also using settings that are Kodak Portra 400/160 film-like and it definitely shows with these images. It was my first attempt so definitely satisfying!🙌

What a difference the change in a lens can make. Learning how to take a shot of far-away action was a welcomed challenge.
The end of an era. Funny story, Micah was my birthday gift in previous relationship, which when we got together I felt I wasn’t ready for a dog. I told her not to for days when we moved in together 😭
I had no idea the blessing she gave me, and still cannot thank her enough for being smart and ignoring me.
The best and sweetest boy. You always kept everything and everyone together, and I really pray I get to see you again..
Just a huge reminder to myself, to constantly engulf myself into everyday; and to live passionately, because we never know what the future holds.
Thank you to everyone for all the love and beautiful memories through my life. Thank you Micah for being the best puppy brother to all your family, walking partner, food date, listener, play-fighter, snuggler, ladies man, and just everything I wanted.
