📽️𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗮𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀𝗲📽️ 𝙍𝙞𝙨𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙏𝙝𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙜𝙝 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙁𝙧𝙖𝙮 has been programmed for screening at the VIFF Centre in Vancouver March 27th & March 28th! 🎤 The 3pm screening on March 27th will be followed by a Q&A with filmmaker 𝘾𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙩𝙣𝙚𝙮 𝙈𝙤𝙣𝙩𝙤𝙪𝙧 and moderated by 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙠𝙖 𝙎𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧. 🎤 𝙅𝙚𝙨𝙠𝙖 𝙎𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙧 (she/her) is a Nehiyaw iskwew (Cree woman) whose Mom hails from Fisher River Cree Nation, Treaty 5, Manitoba. She is Director of Grantee Stewardship at Vancouver Foundation, where helped to design their Indigenous Priorities strategy, including the Thriving Indigenous Systems Fund. With more than 17 years of experience working alongside urban and land-based Indigenous communities, Jeska brings a practice grounded in reciprocity, accountability, systems thinking, and Indigenous leadership philosophies.
