Incredibly thrilled to be part of @womeninthearts Community Day and Makers’ Market on May 3!! The Community Day features free admission to the museum to view the collection and current exhibition. And the market will have goods from women and gender-expansive artists, makers, and vendors. Come visit and support this great organization, look at the fantastic art from women creators, and stop by my booth! 🎨🖼️🕯️

Starting a farm means solving problems you never knew existed, like SIGNS! Keeping anything outside is brutal. Plastic labels broke down, permanent markers faded, signs rotted into the dirt. We tried everything and nothing stuck until we met Becky of @51stwick , who started making us these gorgeous hand-painted signs that have actually held up. People ask about them constantly. (And yes, there are hidden jokes and secret references at the bottom of each sign buried under the soil. You have to earn those.) Four years later, Becky is still our go-to. She painted our welcome sign, the vegetable butterfly mural, and designed our shirt logo. And this Sunday we're doing our first-ever workshop with her so you can make your own signs. All materials included: wood boards, outdoor paints, brushes, and paint pens, plus guidance from Becky herself. Just over 10 spots left. This Sunday, 5:30 to 7:30pm. $20. Link in bio. 🌿🎨

🎨 Get artsy in the garden! Have you been admiring the little signs around the farm marking everything we’re growing? Come paint your own! Join our artist-(not)-in-residence, Becky of @51stwick , for a fun, relaxed garden sign painting workshop on Sunday, April 19 at 5:30 p.m. We’ll walk you through the basics, share tips for lettering and simple designs, and then turn you loose to create your own custom sign. We’ll provide everything you need — outdoor-appropriate paints, brushes, and wooden sign boards. $20; RSVP via the link in our bio.

🕯️ Get Cozy with Candles! Join us on Sunday, March 1 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. to explore the art of candle making with our friends @51stwick . You’ll learn the basics of wax, wicks, and scent blending while making your own custom candle to take home. Everyone will leave with one finished, beautifully scented candle. You’ll also get to draw your own label, giving your candle a unique creative touch. All materials included; $25.
