Some moments you can plan for… and some find you when you least expect it 🏁 Just three weeks before race day, an opportunity came across our path that we never could have imagined. The Jesse Gerhard Memorial Foundation, alongside Sam Hunt Racing and Bullova’s Restorations, had Jesse’s name and logo placed front and center on the hood of the #24 car at Talladega Cup Series—surrounded by the 1,591 names of FDNY firefighters who made the ultimate sacrifice. Driven by Harrison Burton, that car carried more than just a sponsor… it carried legacy, brotherhood, and remembrance at 200+ mph. For us at the 34.3 Foundation, this one hits deeper. Jesse’s story is part of our foundation’s story. His passing was a driving force behind why this mission began in the first place. To stand alongside his foundation on a stage like this… is something we’ll never take for granted. The ending? Not what we hoped for. Last lap… the #24 goes down. And just like that—the screen cuts to black. To be continued. Because this isn’t the end. We just got word… more races are coming. Stay tuned. 🏁 Drop your thoughts below 👇 Video filmed and edited by @ihaveshittodo // Music composed by @ihaveshittodo . . . . . . . . #runtoremember #memoriesintomiles #memoriesovermiles neverforget nascar talladega talladegasuperspeedway

Boston 🤝 New York Our members Kelly Coyle and 34.3 Foundation founder Etan Blatt took on the 2026 Boston Marathon alongside the brothers of the Boston Fire Department and the Boston Fire Cancer Foundation. @bostonfirecancerfndn While certainly not a PR and the fact that the boys haven’t ran much in months, the boys gutted out a 3:44 marathon…proof of grit, heart, and the fire service mentality to show up and get it done. A huge thank you to the Boston Fire Cancer Foundation and the Ranahan brothers for the incredible hospitality and for handling every detail behind the scenes. And to all the members of Boston FD who stepped up and handled the rides to the start, gear back to the hotel, showers ready, and an after party to finish it off right. Thank you for taking care of our own. The bond between the @fdnyrunningclub and @bostonfiredepartment is something special. Inspired by sacrifice. Driven to remember.

It’s #marathonmonday in Boston this morning 💙💛 As this year’s mission continues to honor every life lost on 9/11; this morning my thoughts are also with the families of Krystle Campbell, Lingzi Lu, Martin Richard, Officer Sean Collier, and BPD Sgt. Dennis “DJ” Simmons, who lost their lives as a result of the Boston Marathon bombing in 2013, and with hundreds of others who continue to live with the impacts of that day. 🇺🇸 Just as we saw following 9/11, the strength and resilience of the American spirit was on full display when 🥇 @runmeb broke the tape the next year in 2014, becoming the first American to win the race since my childhood coach @lisarainsberger in 1983. With every mile this year, we honor the lives taken too soon and the strength of their loved ones who carry their memory forward. Miles 645-650 of 2,977 are dedicated in memory of: Paula E. Morales Yamel Josefina Merino Raymond Joseph Metz III Lizette Mendoza Martin Paul Michelstein Gregory Milanowycz This mile is not mine alone. ☘️G2H MEMORIAL HOCKEY DAY | 2026 🏒 Gerrin’s legacy lives on in the heart of Long Beach. This past Saturday, the community showed up in full force at the Long Beach Ice Arena. All standing together, remembering, and giving back. Two incredible matchups took the ice: FDNY vs. Nassau County, and the Long Beach Guardians vs. Toronto Fire, who made the trip down to be part of something bigger than the game. From the youth clinics led by Coach Timmy Phillips to every puck drop, every cheer, every moment… this day was about more than hockey. It was about honoring Gerrin and carrying his spirit forward. Thank you to all the sponsors, supporters, and everyone who showed up to make this day what it was. 🌧️ It poured. You all showed up anyway. 🚨 SAVE THE DATE, Sunday Sept 13th 2026📆 Last year, in absolute downpour, 500 of 650 registered runners stood on that start line and crossed the finish. Rain couldn’t wash away purpose. It only proved it. On Sunday, September 13th, we run it back. Two days after our core members complete the 6th Annual 34.3 For The 343 Memorial Run honoring the 343 FDNY heroes we gather as a community for the 3.43 for The 343 Community Run. United in remembrance, resilience, and brotherhood. This year, we also run in honor of our brother, Firefighter Joe Herman. We lost Joe just one week before last year’s race and this community responded the only way it knows how…together. Because of you, we raised over $40,000 for his daughter Lacy, who you’ll see in this video and who carries her dad’s strength forward every day. Rain or shine. For the 343. For Joe. For family. Save the date. 🇺🇸 📸: @ryanmackphotoo // @jerseyshorefireresponse . . . . . . . . . . #runtoremember #memoriesintomiles #memoriesovermiles #neverforget #9112001 honorthefallen september11th2001 rememberthenames fdny running runningmotivation dailymotivation runnersofinstagram noquit runningmindset mindovermiles fdny fdnyufa firedepartment nycig newyorkcity nypd firstresponders 343ForThe343 343CommunityRun FDNY NeverForget 343Strong

This week we crossed mile 500 on this journey to honor all 2,977 who perished in the attacks on 9/11. It’s a sobering milestone as we’ve honored so many names and lives yet still have so many more to go. If it weren’t for the heroic actions of our first responders, and so many other unsung heroes that morning, that number would be far greater. I’ve decided that the final 343 miles of this 2,977-mile journey will be dedicated to the 343 @fdny firefighters who gave their lives on 9/11 because we know they would not have stopped climbing until every person they could reach was safe. This climb up the Koko Head stairs in Hawaii was just a small tribute and a fraction of the 110 stories they were climbing up to help others come down. Today we honor our heroes. @34.3foundation Where were you that day? Or what story has stayed with you? Share in the comments below so we can remember together ❤️ This mile is not mine alone. Never Forget. #neverforget #fdny #newyork #newyorkcity #nyc

“let that flag wave girl” - @purejoymccoy 🇺🇸 Waving it proudly in honor of the 2,977 names it carries, 2,977 lives lost on 9/11, and countless loved ones still feeling the weight of their absence. A mile for each of them this year is a small tribute, but one I hope will keep them at the front of our minds and memories heading into the 25th anniversary of 9/11 this September. We will Never Forget 🇺🇸
