this week’s mix is an hour journey of heavy hitting leftfield bass, dubstep and jungle from FBi Dance Class grad Maim. since going through the program, she’s enjoyed experimenting with her sound. her mixes are deeply inspired by the diverse Sydney-based artists who learnt to mix and produce alongside her. her mix begins with textures of bass and IDM - deeper in, it blends old and new skool jungle. keep your ears out, she’s one to watch.
