openloop running on the Anbernic RG405M!
Unfortunately the internal clock is a little jittery so it’s receiving MIDI clock from the OP-1, but we might be able to improve or work around that in the future :)
Sound is coming from the Sega Genesis, using Mega Drive MIDI Interface and GenMDM Editor 2 (on the iPad).
When I play notes on the OP-1, we’re controlling the global transpose on openloop. The channels which have the drums on them are excluded from transpose.

As always, the sounds are being made with Super MIDI Pak on the SNES and Mega Drive MIDI Interface (via GenMDM Editor on iPad) on the Sega Mega Drive.

Managed to squeeze in some development on openloop over the festive break. Arpeggios and note repeats are in. CC automation is still a big question mark for me, I have some ideas - that’s my major blocker from an alpha release now.
