They also use FEMALE wagyu They serve three tiers of delicious courses of Japanese BBQ: - Yakiniku Tasting Course ($88) - Toraji Signature Set ($128pp) (what I had) - Wagyu Journey Course ($148pp) I LOVED the whole experience. The meal got better and better throughout the night. From the appetizer to the yakiniku to the sukiyaki to the final dessert, it was an amazing progression. They have flavors like honey butter, soy glaze, and more but have you had one topped with green grapes or cream cheese? Mimisa in Flushing has these Korean fried chicken that went viral and I had to try. The fried chicken by itself is already delicious. The blueberry and cream cheese I had added some sweetness and brightness to help balance the chicken's salty and savory flavors. They had other food too like fish cakes, dukbokki that can come with ramyun noodles and more, and loaded fries.
