After last year’s debut of our first 3D-printed titanium aero prototype, we’ve pushed the limits even further. The latest refinements to the Reactor Aero will be unveiled this weekend at the MADE Bike Show in Portland as we get closer to the final production version.
Highlights include:
Reworked aero shaping under the latest UCI guidelines
Bespoke titanium and carbon bar/stem system
Refined aero seat tube and custom titanium seatpost
Built with industry-leading titanium 3D printing technology combined with our existing titanium fabrication expertise
This is titanium reimagined for speed, and we're excited to be always pushing the frontier of what is possible with titanium framebuilding.

Last night the clubhouse was packed—DJ spinning, conversations flowing, and handmade bikes lining every wall. We filled Rapha New York with some of the finest machines in modern framebuilding. Thanks to @scarabcycles , @weismfg , @22bikes , @fireflybicycles , and @horsecycles for bringing the craft, the stories, and the serious attention to detail. From welds to paint to perfectly dialed geometry, it was a reminder that the bikes we ride can be true works of art.
