On Friday we welcomed 20 incredibly talented female designers into the studio for our IWD initiative. Live briefs, portfolio reviews, real conversations and a proper glimpse into life at 20(SOMETHING).
But more than that, it was about connection. Meeting others at the same stage, swapping experiences and building something that lasts beyond the day.
Huge thank you to everyone who showed up and made it what it was.

In the UK 60% of design students are female, yet only 40% of working designers are female. It’s clear the industry doesn’t lack talent, but it lacks access.
Therefore, to mark International Women’s Day, we’re inviting 20 female designers studying, graduating, or early in their careers to spend a day inside 20(S). Expect real conversations with our team, a live brief and feedback with one participant being offered a 20 day paid placement.
